The facilities of the Enid Symphony Center include:

We are so happy you have inquired about using our venue for your special day and events. The elegant beauty of the three main halls of the Enid Symphony Center makes the ESC an ideal location for celebrations such as anniversaries, luncheons, private parties, proms, receptions, recitals and weddings. The Jane Champlin Art Gallery and the Ballroom Theatre feature state of the art audio visual equipment for board and conference meetings and corporate training seminars.  


Clients of the Enid Symphony Center may use the bar service, caterer, decorator, florist and  photographer of their choice. A list of area vendors is included with the ESC rental contract. The  courteous professional staff of the Enid Symphony Center will assure that the facilities are prepared and set to your specifications prior to your rental period and will be on site to provide assistance as needed  throughout your event.  


The Enid Symphony Center is equipped with a catering kitchen, banqueting tables and seating, audio  visual equipment and a piano in each of the three main halls. The center features its own network which  enables the broadcast of all events via the internet. The Enid Symphony Center is a fully accessible ADA  compliant facility.

Symphony Center Rental 2023-2024 Weddings Packages:

$2,850 | Package A Includes: Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding & Reception. Price includes a 1- hour Bridal Portrait Session at your discretion prior to ceremony day.  
Joan Allen Symphony Hall, Eleanor Banquet Hall & Park Avenue Thrift Theatre Two Days (Set up arranged between symphony and client.)  

$2,450 | Package B Includes: Rehearsal, Wedding & Reception.  
Joan Allen Symphony Hall, Eleanor Banquet Hall & Park Avenue Thrift Theatre  Two Days. (No Rehearsal Dinner.)  

$1,250 | Package C Includes: Reception Only.  Eleanor Banquet Hall & Park Avenue Thrift Theatre  | One Day 

$800 | Package D Includes: Rehearsal Dinner.  
Eleanor Banquet Hall  | One Day   

Linens including table covers, chair covers and napkins are available at $2 per person.

Complimentary items provided by ESO include: banquet tables, high top tables, in-room sound system and in-room pianos by request.

Small Parties, Meetings & Luncheons:

$300 | Luncheons (Eleanor Hornbaker Banquet Hall) Up to 120 guests (Food may be catered in) See  catering policy. | 2-hour rental, early setup may be arranged.  

$200 | Business Meetings – Jane Champlin Art Gallery – (Up to 60 guests) Client Food Service (Courtesy  Snacks Only) | 2-hour rental  

$250 | Business Meetings – Park Avenue Thrift Theatre – (Up to 96 guests) Client Food Service  (Courtesy Snacks Only) | 2-hour rental 

$300 | Business Meetings – Eleanor Hornbaker Banquet Hall – (Up to 120 guests) Client Food Service  (Courtesy Snacks Only) | 2-hour rental  

$450 | Business Meetings – Joan Allen Symphony Hall (Up to 330 guests) includes Egyptian Lobby for  Client Food Service (Courtesy Snacks Only) | Half day rental  

Private Banquets:

Events up to 6 hours including set-up and clean up. Examples include graduations, proms, quinceañeras, birthday parties and other medium-size events.

$450 | Jane Champlin Art Gallery (fits up to 50 guests)

$650 | Park Avenue Thrift Theatre or Eleanor Hornbaker Banquet Hall (fits up to 120 guests per room).  Including graduations/Proms/Dances.  

Event set-up is included in 6-hour package. Additional hours beyond 6 hours is $75 per hour. 

Linens including table covers, chair covers, and napkins are available at $2 per person.

Complimentary items provided by ESO include banquet tables, high top tables, in-room sound system, and in-room pianos at request.

Additional rooms may be added at $330 per room.

Extras:

$300 | Student Solos/ Ensemble Recitals– performed in the Joan Allen Symphony Hall. 

$110 PER HOUR | Photography Sessions

$175 | Big Screen 22×24 / Set Up– Setup in Joan Allen Symphony Hall only.  

Linens including table covers, chair covers and napkins is $2 per person. Available in white and black.

Back Sash (white): $85 per room set up

Gold Charger Rental: $85 per room set up.

Clients Responsibilities: Remove all catering equipment, decorations, sound and/or DJ equipment and  leftover food that are perishable within 24 hours.  

Decorations and food items not removed within 24 hours will be donated to Park Avenue Thrift or Our  Daily Bread. 

Outside catering is allowed with prior approval from the Enid Symphony Center Staff.

All packages include use of small kitchen. Large catering kitchen is $100.

Must have a licensed & insured bartender.  

$110 fee for bar set-up.

All alcohol is provided by ESO. 

Open bar option is available at $10 per person.

$200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve date and space. This deposit will be allocated towards final event cost.

Additional $150 refundable security deposit is due one day prior to event and will be returned upon completion of event if no damages are made to facilities.

Remaining balance of event and signed contract is due 7 days prior to event. 

Set-up and clean-up must occur the day of event. 

Candles, helium balloons, smoke machines, flaming items, tape and wall decorations, and other items deemed dangerous to facilities are explicitly prohibited in the Enid Symphony CenterThere will be no exceptions.

Why we are a better deal! We never schedule more than 1 event at a time. We do not require you to use our catering or any of our services. We allow you to bring outside catering. We have someone to set up the venue and we provide tables,  chairs and table coverings and much more!
